General Terms & Conditions
These terms set forth the terms and conditions of your use of our services ("Services"). In an Agreement "you" and "your" refer to you or any agent, employee, servant or person authorised to act on your behalf. "We", "us" and "our" refer to TMA Digital Systems Ltd., (“TMA Digital”).
An Agreement is created for each order and made available to view during the online order process, or sent by email.
An Agreement takes effect on the date on which the Customer first uses or tests services provided by TMA DIGITAL or when the Customer pays for their services (including paying a deposit), whichever is the earliest.
From time to time, it will be necessary to update the terms and conditions and the Customer agrees to be bound by the new terms and conditions by their use of the system after the implementation date for them.
We reserve the right to impose immediate implementation of new terms and conditions where necessary for the protection of our computer system(s).
The Customer is responsible for reviewing information regularly posted online in the terms and conditions pages.
The scope of work the parties agree upon is included in the Agreement. For changes or additional requirements, a change order will have to be filled, agreed upon, and signed by both parties.
Hosting
To ensure the security of the client’s website and those of others, server access (including FTP & MySQL) is only available to members of TMA DIGITAL SYSTEMS LTD.
TMA DIGITAL SYSTEMS LTD agrees to perform website maintenance and support and such other activities as are reasonably necessary to ensure that the website remains in working order. At times, the necessary routine or emergency maintenance carried out either by TMA DIGITAL SYSTEMS LTD or its suppliers may result in downtime. TMA DIGITAL SYSTEMS LTD will not be liable for any losses caused by such downtime.
Domain Names
For the transfer of a domain name hosted with TMA DIGITAL SYSTEMS LTD to another internet service provider a minimum administration charge of £10.00 will be levied, which must be paid before the transfer is completed. Domains that have expired must be renewed and re-registered before being transferred.
If you are registering a domain name in the following registries you are also agreeing to the additional terms and requirements promulgated by and pertaining to each such registry and the specific agreements and/or covenants referenced therein and incorporated into this Agreement.
Below are links to registries that may have additional contractual requirements that you agree to by registering domain names from those registries. You are responsible for reviewing any terms and conditions provided by these registries:
