These are all methods used by email providers to prevent spam. As you're probably aware, they don't do a very good job at stopping spammers, but unless you set them up properly, they do a great job blocking your legitimate emails. Even when they're set up properly, some email providers like to place blocks on whole ranges of internet addresses because one user has been reported for spamming.
The simple solution is to pay one of the big email providers for their business email service (around £70 per user per year). The conspiracy theorist in me wonders if it's all part of their plan, force people to pay for their business email services as it's the only way most people can send email.
